Biological Regeneration
Regenerative therapies are a group of cutting edge treatments which utilize a patients own bodily tissues to heal a problem area. These tissues include blood, fat or bone marrow which can help to restore function that has been lost due to ageing, injury or underlying disease.
Knee Resurfacing and Replacement
This procedure is typically used as the final measure for the management of knee arthritis that has not responded to other treatment. Although considered a major operation, total knee replacements have become very common with over 70,000 done each year.
ConforMIS iFit® 3D Printed Knee Replacement
Customised for you in only four weeks, ConforMIS iFit® image-to-implant® technology converts a CT scan of your knee into a 3D model and then designs an implant that’s unique to you. This fully automated process ensures that your implant is made for you and you alone!
Sports Injuries
Tears of the ACL, Menisci or other ligaments are common in a number of sports and require specialist treatment for optimum recovery. Treatment options depend on the severity of the tear and range from medication and rehabilitation, to surgery for severe tears.
Limb Realignment & Lengthening
By realigning the knee joint, body weight is shifted away from the damaged side, onto the healthy side. This relieves the pain that is due to arthritis in the knee by offloading the damaged side and can delay the need for knee replacement in young active individuals.
Keyhole Surgery
Arthroscopic Chondroplasty is a procedure that can be performed as part of a knee arthroscopy (keyhole surgery to the knee) to smooth down damaged articular cartilage. The procedure involves removing damaged articular cartilage from the joint by shaving off rough areas.

We would like to thank Mr Qureshi very much for the success of the operation he performed on Jonny’s knee in March 2019 that has allowed him to follow his dream and accept a soccer scholarship in the USA.

We just wanted him to know that Jonny went to America last August 2020 and has just returned there for his second semester! He is loving it and both his academics and his soccer are going very well.

Gareth Bennett, 29
Royal Army Cadet Officer
I am Mr Gareth Bennett, a 29 year old soldier who dislocated my right knee and required a multiple ligament reconstruction The injury happened while playing football for the military, I hyper extended my right leg to the point of dislocation and then twisted as I came to the ground resulting in a grade 3 tear to my ACL and LCL (which required artificial replacements), a severed peroneal nerve, damage to both the PCL and MCL (which required hamstring grafts) and damage to the lateral meniscus cartilage and torn muscles.

The injury happened while playing football for the military, I hyper extended my right leg to the point of dislocation and then twisted as I came to the ground resulting in a grade 3 tear to my ACL and LCL (which required artificial replacements), a severed peroneal nerve, damage to both the PCL and MCL (which required hamstring grafts) and damage to the lateral meniscus cartilage and torn muscles.
I injured myself on the 1st of October 2014, I received an arthroscopy on the 14th October and a reconstruction on the 24th October and my 6 week check was on the 9th December, to which I was able to walk without crutches or a leg brace with ease (less for the nerve damage which resulted in drop foot) and the knee was completely stable and my recovery well ahead of schedule.

I would once again like to thank Mr. Qureshi for what he has done for me. Thank you!
